ABS PLC Splitter
ABS PLC Splitter uses ABS plastic box to hold the PLC splitter chip. Input fiber and output fibers are arranged on the same plate of the ABS box. It can be installed in standard 19” rack unit/enclosure.

It adds a length of ribbon fiber terminated with fan-out kit behind the PLC split chip. Generally uses 0.9mm buffer fiber.
Blockless PLC Splitter
Resembles bare fiber PLC splitter, but has fiber optic connectors. It uses stainless tube package for the PLC splitter chip.
Bare Fiber PLC Splitter
Bare Fiber PLC Splitter is the simplest PLC splitter type. All ends are bare fibers (0.9/2.0/3.0µm). It can be spliced freely according to the applications which require the least space during cabling.
